Poughkeepsie Theater Invites Public To 'The Amateur Jesus'

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – Black Box Theatre is having a free workshop/reading of Darrah Cloud’s new comedy, "The Amateur Jesus," on Saturday and Sunday.

The play looks at what happens behind the scenes of the oldest professional Passion Play in the United States.

No reservations are necessary. Show up at the theater in Oakwood Commons at 7 p.m. for the Saturday performance at 2 p.m. for the Sunday Performance.
